Note: This is a part-time temporary Support position (up to 24 hours per week) until February 28, 2025.

Duties: The Part-time Field Clinical Placement Liaison supports the development of experiential learning opportunities for students in programs requiring placements, including identification and networking to secure placement opportunities, preparing students for placement process and acting as a liaison to ensure successful placements.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary 2-year diploma/degree in Community Studies and/or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years’ work experience within settings such as community services and/or administrative/business with recent experience providing coordination and administrative support
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
  • Ability to use mediation and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in an educational setting supporting and guiding students an asset
  • Experience working with a variety of community resources using marketing, public relations skills and techniques an asset
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
